The human body is amazing - truly - let's give it the love and respect it deserves.  During pregnancy, we endure so many psychological and physiological changes to bring life into the world.  From nausea to aches and pains, and then giving birth - it is a lot.  

 

Navigating your health and fitness journey can feel overwhelming at times, but it doesn't have to be.  I believe you deserve to enjoy your experience to the fullest while feeling confident that you are doing the best you can for yourself and your baby when it comes to fitness and nutrition. 

Each woman and each pregnancy is unique, so I do not believe in cookie cutter programs - you deserve a tailored plan designed to meet you exactly where you are and elevate your new life in the most positive and supportive way. 

Mom Strong 

This is your full service coaching option.  It covers your entire pregnancy and the first 12 weeks postpartum, otherwise known as "the fourth trimester".  You don't have to give up or put your health and fitness goals on pause just because you're pregnant - in fact, numerous studies have shown tremendous benefits for both mother and baby when mom is able to stay active during pregnancy, and eats in a way that supports both her and baby's needs.  Work with me to find out more!

This package includes:

  • Custom training blocks updated every 4-6 weeks based on your preferences, schedule, and physical needs, with the option to workout at home or in a gym environment*

  • Nutritional guidance to fit your dietary preferences and lifestyle*

  • Guidance on Diastasis Recti (DR) self-assessment and DR friendly exercises after birth (optional)

  • Pelvic floor rehabilitative exercises for early postpartum period (optional)

  • Weekly check-ins with me, and communication throughout the week as needed

  • One free in-person training session during pregnancy + one free in-person session during your first 12 weeks postpartum to assess breathing and posture (for Tokyo clients only; video feedback is available for clients outside of Tokyo)

(= less than $100 per month - covers entire pregnancy + 12 weeks postpartum!)

Strong Pregnancy

Looking to support a strong, healthy pregnancy to the best of your ability? Then this is the package for you. It covers all 9 months of pregnancy so you can feel as strong, vibrant and secure throughout.  After all, this time is about SO much more than just a 'fit pregnancy'.  Let's work together to cultivate a happy and healthy experience for you and your baby!

 

This package includes:

  • Custom training blocks updated every 4-6 weeks based on your preferences, schedule, and physical needs, with the option to workout at home or in a gym environment*

  • Nutritional guidance to fit your dietary preferences and lifestyle*

  • Weekly check-ins with me, and communication throughout the week as needed

  • One free in-person training session to assess breathing and posture during pregnancy (for Tokyo clients only; video feedback is available for clients outside of Tokyo)

$895 (covers all 9 months!)

The Fourth Trimester

Did you know once you give birth, you are forever considered to be "postpartum"? The first 12 weeks after birth can feel especially overwhelming.  This package helps you navigate your health and fitness journey in a responsible and reasonable manner.  You are a mother, yes, but you are still you - so let's take care of YOU too. 

This package includes:

  • Custom training blocks updated every 4-6 weeks based on your preferences, schedule, and physical needs, with the option to workout at home or in a gym environment*

  • Nutritional guidance to fit your dietary preferences and lifestyle*

  • Guidance on Diastasis Recti (DR) self-assessment and DR friendly exercises after birth (optional)

  • Weekly check-ins with me, and communication throughout the week as needed
